SERIES 00 — SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT POLICY

1. Made-to-Order Production Timeline

All items from Series 00 (including Drop 01) are custom-manufactured on a bespoke, made-to-order basis once the drop pre-order window officially closes.

  • Production Window: 4–6 Working Days (begins the business day after the drop closes).

  • Production consists of garment creation, precision embroidery, quality control inspection, and packaging.

2. Shipping Methods & Transit Times

Once production is complete, orders are dispatched directly from our UK production facility via Royal Mail.

  • Standard UK Shipping: Royal Mail Tracked (1–3 Working Days from dispatch).

  • Tracking Information: As soon as your order is packaged and handed over to Royal Mail, you will receive an automated dispatch email containing your tracking reference link.

3. Address Accuracy & Modifications

Because orders are pushed into automated production immediately after the pre-order window closes, please ensure your delivery address is accurate at checkout. We cannot guarantee address changes once production has commenced.

Series 00 is not responsible for delayed or undelivered packages resulting from incomplete or incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.

4. Delays & Lost Packages

While we and our logistics partners aim to meet all stated timelines, estimated dispatch and delivery dates are non-binding. Delays caused by severe weather, postal service disruption, or peak seasonal volumes are outside our direct control.

If your tracking status shows as delivered but you have not received your package, or if your shipment has exceeded 10 working days in transit, please contact our support team at contact@series00.co.uk with your order number.

5. Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

For any deliveries outside the United Kingdom, orders may be subject to local import duties, taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
